Rules
Please follow all of the rules listed below to ensure a safe and fun time for all!
1. DO NOT DRIVE OR PARK ON THE GRASS
Previous guests have ignored this rule and busted irrigation lines.
Please do NOT be that guest!
4. DO NOT LEAVE TRASH; LEAVE IT HOW YOU FOUND IT
We do have pets of our own and host pet-friendly events. Please be courteous and do not leave anything that could be harmful including foil, confetti, food, etc.
2. DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORS MAILBOXES OR DRIVEWAYS
Neighbors need to be able to access their mailboxes and their driveways. Some neighbors are elderly and need space to access their mailbox via wheelchair.
Do not block their mailbox or the driveway.
5. DO NOT PLACE OBJECTS ON THE PUTTING GREEN
No furniture, tables, chairs, etc. on the putting green. These objects cause divots and holes which need to be filled. Leveling is a time-consuming process. Therefore, the putting green is for putting only and is not to be rented merely to use as additional space.
If you rent the putting green, the host will periodically check to ensure this rule is being followed. Any violation of this rule will cause the event to end prematurely with no warning.
3. NO GLASS IN POOL AREA
If host notices glass bottles, you will be asked to leave.
Any broken glass in the pool requires us to drain and refill the pool which results in 7+ days of downtime and cancelled bookings!
6. DO NOT THROW ROCKS IN THE POOL
Rocks are meant to be garden decorations only and are not meant to be thrown in the pool as it damages the plaster!
